2003 4.6is how reliable ?

Hi Guys , I am looking at a 2003 4.6 is with around 82000km , I think that works out to 45000 miles give or take

so the question , is what to look out for in terms of problem areas and how reliable are they in general

better than the standard Xs ? are the 4.8is better in terms or reliablility ?
