Power Trunk relocks before I can get to it??
For some reason when I use the truck button in the center console, the truck re locks before I get a change to get to it?

Can I change the timing?

Mine does this when I get out and shut the door. It creates a rush of air that closes the hatch. It's fine if I leave the door open when I get out.

Maybe there is something to fix this that I don't know about.

+1. Maybe it's the vibration the door causes when you shut it.

Mine start doing it but I am lazy to check, been too busy.
But, I believe you need to adjust the trunk stops, on each side; this allows the trunk to pop out a bit more so the latch doesn't catch to relock.
I assume you have no corosion on the electronic of trunk latch.

BTW, what year is yours? just curious.

I think this is just a safety feature so you don't close your door and walk off with the hatch cracked open. I believe I've tried closing the door gently and something mechanically makes it close back. IIRC, even having another door open will allow it to stay open, but I could be wrong.
