Hitch On, Hooked Up...and we are GONE!

I had my mechanic order an OEM hitch for the X about 2.5 months ago from Germany and it finally arrived and was installed this week. I'm not going to post pictures because it's all back together so all you see is the installed receiver. What I can tell you is there are a LOT of parts. The bumper support struts, what looks like another metal bumper, and lots of other hardware. This is the most I've ever spent on a class III hitch but it appears to be well worth the money. It's looks extremely well made and very strong. Now we can tow our jet ski or throw our bike rack into the receiver and venture out. Looking foward to a great summer! Maybe even a boat in the near future if we can find a great deal on one.......
