Strange Trans Issue

Has anyone had issues with their auto trans that seemed to be weather related? I have a problem that seems to happen mostly when the weather warms a bit. The X seem to take time to warm up. I can put the X in reverse and back out of the drive with now problem but when I go into drive i have nothing. It usually take a good 30 seconds before I can get up to speed. I thought I had read about a TSB and something to do with a reservoir that drains pressure when the X is not in use for a while. The reservoir builds pressure back up when put into drive and then things are fine. I have a Secure Care Warranty Direct package and would like to bring it in before i have the OEM hitch installed. Has anyone had this issue? Has anyone had their trans worked on and had the WD Secure Care warranty?
