wide fender flares add on -

I recently saw a black X5 E53 in my neck of the woods with some sort of wider fender. It was about 6 inches wide and was painted the body color.. It did make the X looks more aggressive.
I looked around and was not able to find it.

I am not referring to the black trim.. this was an attached piece that was fitted above each fender..

Does anyone know where I can find it?
