Bad Retailer experience

Hi Guys,
Have any of you had any problems with FCT Grotton ,LLC while shopping for parts?
I just got into the situation where they rejected to send an order because of apparent shipping address problem with Paypal.
After emailing back and forth got to call the paypal and found no problems what so ever.But they still wouldn't go ahead with the order asking to call Paypal again and ask for confirmation form etc.
WTF?
They just lost $400 bucks 'cause I claimed refund.
Bad business...bad experience.
I've been using paypal for over 8 years now..and it the first time I had seller being so rudely uncooperative .
Let me know your experiences..
They sell from their web site as well as eBay

I got some parts from them December 2009 for my son's car. They use aftermarket parts and we noticed a flaw on one of their control arms. They sent us a replacement but I can't remember the details on timing. My son looked after this and I think he was happy with their service. Hope you can straighten your situation out with them satisfactorily.

i was very happy with them. fast shipping too. its not there fault your paypal was messed up

My paypal is in excellent condition,my address is confirmed.
I was contacted by them and they sent a different invoice,so I paid again and everything went smooth.
It was their bug.
Anyway...will see when parts arrive.
