pioneer avic x1 in x5

has anyone got a picture off a pioneer avic x1 in an x5,do you loose obc functions ,how does it feel pressing screen whilst open.
does any one in uk have black aluminium running boards or any for sale.
black alloy pictures any problems with stone chips.
any pictures of all black interior trim?

maybe the OP is asking either avic n1 or avic d1, denoted by the wildcard character "x" as in avic x1. anyway, somebody on this board also installed avic n1,( the one with motorized lcd) together with 2 head rest monitors. http://www.xoutpost.com/gallery/showi...=3&userid=1434

LeMans, thanks for the props...

Did the link answer all of your questions.....it has been over a month now and I have to say....I am thrilled everyday. I am still learning all of the functionality and it would help if I referred to the manual more often but I am short on time.

in the uk it is called the avic x1 and the avic x1r
Does anyone have this mod any problems with the heatet vents blowing on to the rear of the screen?

I have a motorized indash and the screen pops up and sits right in front of the vents.. I point my vents up and try to use defrost or just floor heat... Even when I don't, I don't have any problems...I dont have the Avic X1, but I do have a pioneer... if you are curious look at my profile in the Gallery...
