Your title says front airbags and your question is about a suspension airbag. In either case, just how are you going to go about doing this?

I believe arnott industries if I'm correct is a website that remanufactures airstruts. If u do a half ass job u get half ass results.

Yes...have the Arnott info and will likely go that way when the time comes. I haven't looked at the attachment point for the airline to see if it would even be possible to do this - like I said a " wild and crazy " thought.

People have tried this kindof thing before, and with no results.
Think of it this way... If there was a way to patch the leaking rubber to get some more miles from the bags an aftermarket company would have marketed this already. It isn't a puncture hole that leaks, but a large area of tiny little holes due to the deterioration of the rubber from its lifetime of use. So, unless the majical product makes the rubber new again it is a single butterfly bandage on a shotgun blast wound.
