Anyone in Central Florida (Orlando) with a 4.8is? Help!!

My dealer (Fields BMW) is telling me that my slight "hissing" air noise is normal. I posted previously describing it. It seems as many have diagnosed this as an intake noise. They cannot find one and say I would have a lean fault code if this was the case. I told them a PIN HOLE could create this noise and it may not show up (a guess anyway).

It is a vacuum related noise as it ONLY is heard with LOAD on the motor. Not at an idle, etc. Have to be ON the gas slightly or rolling OFF the gas. Only over 2000 rpms....Really notice this on the highway during days with not much wind (or wind noise). Annoying to me since it is tied to my right foot (annoying like a bad stereo ground / whine). Really only notice this when the fresh air vent "wheel" is on cold / blue mode. It is almost gone when I spin it to hot / red.

Anyone have a 4.8is in the area that would not mind showing them that this "hiss" is not normal? I would be happy to get someone lunch for taking the time (if someone is in the Orlando area with one).

They are insistent that this noise is there on 4.8is models...A newer X or one with a 3.0 would not work for comparo reasons...

THANKS in advance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My best suggestion would be to first check if the dealership has one in their preowned inventory, if not, find one in the area
