BODY CONTROL MODULE QUESTION

Hi,

Greetings from South Africa!

I have a problem with my Body Control Module. Usual issues with central locking, wipers, locking as you pull off etc etc.

According to Realoem.com, the parts I can use are:

61359117102 or
61356935891 or
61356946948 or
61356960250

**all of the above are for either a 3.0, 4.4, 4.6is and 3.0d.

However, today at a scrap yard, I came across part number 61356915120 which I removed from a 2001 3.0d where mine is a 2002. It was funnily enough identical in every way to mine (colour, interior, engine etc.).

Big question is - think I can use it? Can find no reference to this part I found today on Realoem.com although it is a BMW part from a BMW car.

Please can someone advise before I part with my cash!!??
