Best way to remove side marker
I never really had to removed a side marker before. Never owned a car that had them. But I usually use a nylon thread to remove badges. Would this be an effective way of doing this? Also, what color bulb is in the sidemarker? Clear or amber? I'm 1 hour away from the nearest parts store. I would love to save time and get this done. I'm asking because I'm replacing all my lights and removing all the amber. Thanks |

just slide it either towards the front or rear of the vehicle. one of those ways will have a spring effect, and that will be the side you slide all the way to. than while your doing that you have to pull outwards on the opposite end where the little lip is. piece of cake

If your light is amber then you have clear bulb inside there,if your light is clear then you have amber bulb.

I believe it is 194 wedge bulb style. I got some clear LED's that light up amber at my local parts store. (don't quote me on the size though)
