I am also going to slip the tech a twenty or so to turn off the stupid day time running lights, man I hate the way those things look.

I have done this recently and I believe most dealers are doing this. Free lunch and they let you inspect the car while on lift and tech explains all issues with your car. At the end they will give you list of issues with your car and how much to fix it. More business for them. I brought my camera along took some pics of X from underneath for future reference.
