Front or Back? Mine creaks in the back 02 4.6 with 80k. Just had BMW do a complete check and all bushings looked good in the rear, so not sure what my issue is. I am just going to turn my stereo up as I don't want to spend any more money on repairs.

Mine creaks as the temp rises as well. Nothing is worn out and everything checks out fine. Sometimes it almost sounds broken, then next day all is good.

wow on my 2000 4.4 mine started creaking at the rear also ever since it got hot in texas.

rear creaking sound is usually rear carrier ball joints or swaybar endlinks. front could be endlinks
