I LIKE THE X5 Shot. What was the shutter speed set at?

2 second exposure at f8 ISO 200 but with a 3-stop ND filter. I learned from the Mustang shot that 1/10 sec wasn't slow enough.

2 seconds is a long time in a moving car, but it looks really good. This will give me a reason to use that gorilla-pod hidden away in my camera bag. Thanks for the tip. |

Surprised you can keep your arms & hands so still for those 2 seconds... I gotta try that shot. GL, mD

Hahaha... I borrowed a Parnelli Jones trick he mentioned during an interview. You brace your left elbow against the car door and keep it there, locking the wheel... still I didn't get it perfect for the whole exposure duration, notice slight blur which in retrospect compliments the shot. Camera was triggered by a PocketWizard held in my left hand - notice the pilot light?
