01 X5 with 70K miles questions

I have a few, first my brakes a squeaky, shop tells me the brakes are fine maybe dusty, but issue is still there, how can I fix this annoying sound.

when ever I step on brakes is makes a weird sound any suggestion


whenever I turn steering wheels mostly in revers it makes a bubbly sound

these are my problems any help would be appreaciated

I am located In New york Manhattan if anyone has free time to meet up to take a look. I will buy the drinks..

Check your rear suspension bushings and mounts. I'm at 76k, and am having to rebuild the whole rear suspension. They can make all kinda of funny noises when those bushing start to wear.

If there is material on the pads and they squeak, whoever put the last pads on may have left off the anti-squeal from the backs of the pads.

they recently started squeaking, been on for about a year
