Sway bar links

Hi.

I went under the car, while it was on the ground, and wriggled the left side sway bar. There was some slack in the bar, and i could also here a sound similar to the one i hear when driving over bumps in the road in slow speed..

So, im pretty sure it is the bar causing this sound..

The right side is still tight and firm.

Should i replace both sides while at it.?

Are there any difference in these two kits.?:

New BMW X5 Sway Bar Links Kit 00 01 02 03 04 05 06: eBay Motors (item 130265048806 end time Jul-18-10 23:57:25 PDT)

2 FRONT Sway Bar Links For BMW E53 X5 00-06 X-5: eBay Motors (item 220398322964 end time Jul-11-10 23:20:22 PDT)

Or would you recommend getting the bars elsewhere.?

Thanks...

I got mine from Autohaus AZ, they were OEM replacements for a great price...

These ebay parts just don't have a brand name and you can get brand names for around or less then the ebay ones are priced.

I like these guys.

Bimmer Specialist

Bought the Karlyn units, so cheap and no issues with several months and few thousand miles on them.

Thanks for the links guys..

The thing is that i live in Norway, and need to buy from someone that ships international, and preferely labels the package with a nice total value..

The ebay guys do, so the price woudln't be much different anyways...

I was mostly wondering if there is any experience with non oem sway bars.. Good or bad...

The non oem swaybars in Norway are about 60us, each...!!
