Hey thanks! I guess I will start taking apart the door. While there are a variety of threads on this, I would rather have you continue with displaying the photos so that this thread can be a one stop shop.

My suggestion is to remove that swinging (locking part) of the wired connector and see if it starts working. If so, then you can decide if you want to leave it like I did or something else.
