Parking lights
I am having a problem with my parking lights (Corner lights). The turn signal works but the amber parking light does not come on when the headlights are turned on. Am I missing something here? I just replaced both bulbs and no change, no codes or warnings. I have an x5, 2003, 4.4. Stock headlights. Ive seen other X5's with them on. Thanks in advance for any help! |

This is hitting the area I was looking at so I am going to reply here.
I went ahead and enabled the option called something like BLK_V_GED_ALS_SM (turn signal front dimmed as sidemarkers) [don't recall the exact name though and don't have my programming laptop with me right now], but now the turn signals are on full brightness with the parking lights (angel eyes in my case). Programming can be done with proper OBD-II interface and software. Is that the option you are looking for? Chris |
