my 2005 3.0i X5 have so far clock in 120k miles, over these years, also changed a great deal of parts, such as front drive shaft, repair engine oil leak, cooling fan, petrol tank, steering hydraulic system, and now repair pending are air cond compressor and sunroof jam.

I still keeping the X5, it looks very nice and tough compare to E70.

Thanks ... True got the X only 4 months ago, ...i see we are somehow neighbour ....Sligthly out of topic but, during the winter season, do you or did you experience problems with misfire / intermediate lever thing?

My country is summer all year round: ) Yes,even at hot weather, I experience sudden miss fire and stall at road side, however, I could just start and continue driving.

Yes we are!
I don't drive my X in the winter so I haven't experience your symptoms.

Lucky you (for the weather of course) for the missfire thing, mine occured only sometime at cold start during winter when not in the heated garage ...thought this was only related to cold weather...certainly not ur case ...cheers
