Telephone light wont go off

Cant get the light to shut off on the radio/computer. It keeps saying "please wait...."

Can anyone help?

Had that problem on my '06 with Bluetooth; they had to replace the module (under Warranty, thankfully).

Same thing here. Red phone light is on and will not turn off.... I've learned to ignore it but plan on asking about it next time I take it in for service.

I tried disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes...that didnt help...still looking for the answer....

Mine just started this about a week ago too. I have an '06 CPO and will be in for service in the next week or so and I'll let you know what they do to resolve it if you don't find out before.

I had the same problem that started about 8 months ago. It's going in Tuesday to hopefully get fixed. If your problem is like mine, you might find yourself with a dead battery. I had to pull fuse 73....because there is a problem with my TCU. There's a SIB in this thread (which I've found on other forums but I can't find online to actually read it)
