HID connection / bulb problem?

Hi all,

The passenger side of the low beam HID has the following problem:
- sometimes it would not light up at all
- sometimes when it lights up, it takes slightly longer time then the one on driver's side
- the brightness seems to be slightly weaker than the on on the driver's side
- other times it works just find for a day or two

These are the DEPOs headlights with 3rd party HID kit, been using them for about 18 months without any problem.

Just want to seek advice on what this cause might be before I take the headlights out for fixing. Bulb's dying? Ballast? or just loose connection?

Thanks in advance
