I replaced the driver's window control box yesterday, "new". Finally got everything to work but the lock/unlock with fob and inside middle control button. It took me a while to get the mirrors to work, had to play with wires. Not sure if the wiring plugs are bad or what, I wiggled the wires to get all the windows and mirrors to work. The only thing it’s not doing now is unlocking with the fob or center control switch. I checked the fuses everything looks good. HELP

I started a thread a few weeks ago about some problems I had which were ultimately related to the driver's door control module. One of the other members advised that not all of his issues were resolved until he also disconnected the battery to "reset" the car after changing the module; I'd suggesting trying that next.

thanks for all your help, I ended up disconnecting the battery over night, this morning I put everthing back together and it worked. 30 minutes is just not enough, not sure if just one to two hours would have worked, thought I would give it over night. It worked.
