New wheels

Finally got some new wheels now the probs start..Firstly I bought 4 v spoke style 87 but they are all 9 1/2 x 20...I know 2 should be 10 1/2 but they are rare as rocking horse shit I didnt want reps.
Had been on a landy and came with 2 worn goodyears and 2 brand new 1xNexen Roadian HP and 1xKumho Ecsta STX all are 295 40 R20 .when I put them on the balance was way out so had em done but still got a wobble over 45 and braking from 70 is interesting...I kind of think I know where the problem is but I thought if I shared someone might chuck me a bone with something I hadn't thought of. Gonna take em off 2 at a time in the morning and drive around with 2 of the old wheels on as I know they dont 'kin wobble. Reluctant to fork out for 4 new tyres if any of the wheels are fubar'd but I would of thought that would show up when balancing
