Hankook tires

Has anyone got any good/bad comments on the Hankook Ventus ST RH06 tire that comes in the 275/40/20 size all season to fit the 20" on an X.

They are W rated and are sold all over the world, not so much here on the west coast though.

I probably shouldn't say this, but I always had a problem with putting Asian tires on a European vehicle. Just my opinion.

That's an ignorant comment to say? Where do you think the OEM Bridgestones come from?

I know few people who drive the Hankook-Tires on their Z4s and they are happy with them. I checked the price for your dimension and it is in Germany about 180,- Euro I couldnīt find a test for this tires on the web.

They have a great looking tread pattern and are 'all season' which is very usefull. We dont get much snow in SoCal but it helps when you go up to the mountains .
I saw them for $136 each + delivery earlier on the web.
Hoping to find a local dealer to actualy see the tires in the flesh,so I can make an opinion.
Initially they were not my first choice to be honest, but since I researched a little more I have found that they are widely used in Europe and they actually manufacture some of them here in the US.
There is very little choice in the 275-40-20 if you want all season tires that look sporty and can do the job.

Steve
