DRL rewire?

is it possible to have drl (daytime running light) on while my regular xenon lights on...cause i want the 30% brightness from my highbeam and the regular xenon on when im drivin...is there a way to wire it like this?

hmm im kinda interested in this too, id want to have a kill switch though....
some e39 m5's that i have seen have that

I want to have them off, especially when I get my Angel Eyes installed.

they obv arent like as bright as they actual are when u flash someone, but they are dimmed out kinda like Daytime running lights. but ya...
