air vacuum pump license plate

Hello guys,
don't know if any the simptoms my car is having are related, but here's what's going on:

1.- Turn on the ignition, you hear something like a pocket size vacuum would sound, it does this for about 2 minutes then goes away, i think I hear it on the secondary air pump, and, I swear I didn't hear this before, or at least not for that long of a period.

2.- Self Level suspension inactive. replaced module (some of the pins were corroded), still get the message

3.- my license plate lights started going out, I would replace them, and in time, just go out. and I noticed something today, while the car was on, one of the lights, flickers, and the other one is out.

OMG, is it time for a trade-in? I don't really wanna....
