Any one used this or any thoughts on it ?

Ordered and bought this on ebay, the CD never arrived! Got another one with the parts and all in this site BMW pixel failure repairs it did NOT work for me. Maybe I did something wrong but its just too cumbersome for me. I ended up ordering the instrument cluster (brand new $800) and the MD Radio (re-conditioned $300 on ebay).
