Power mirrors keep changing position on its own
Hi guys,
I'm having a problem where the passenger side mirror keeps shifting on its own and I have to press my memory seat button to get it to go back to how it's supposed to be. I'm not sure how or why it keeps moving but it's really annoying when I come to change lanes and it's aiming really high up where I can't see the road. Any ideas on how to fix it? ..It's a 2001 3L X5

That is usually caused by the mirror position potentiometers going out/getting flaky, which would call for replacing the mirror adjustment motors.
