Well, even without the specs (as pitiful as they are) I hope that you realize that it takes more than just swapping out the amp.

The stock amp has the crossovers built in to each channel. Just putting in an aftermarket amp will likely result in less than optimum sound.

Also, when you disconnect the DSP, you lose your rear channels and have to run new wires from the head unit to the rear (assuming you want rear fill). Not sure if it affects the sub, but my guess is yes...easy to test by pulling the DSP connection and turning the x5 on to see what speakers work.

I think that there is a write up in the audio sub-forum and perhaps one on bimmerforums also.

Summary, at a minimum you'll need a new two-way front set of speakers w/crossovers, an amp, and perhaps some wiring for a new rear sub and amp.

Time to use the search function...

Well I dont have DSP............ I realize the crossover deal. I have my own MB Quart Premium Component System (old school version) that blows these outta water.

Just cant find anything about the stock amp....

My bad. I saw DSP and not "non"...

You are golden then without DSP. The stock amp is like 20w or less per channel so your MB Quart amp will blow it out of the water. If you have an equalizer to help with the frequency balance, then you should be ok (though the stock speakers have some weird impedence values).

If budget is an issue, get a set of Hybrid Audio Technologies Imagine speakers at roughly $225 or so (12velectronics.com is where I got my HAT Claurus speakers for the M3, the next step up). You only need the fronts and then put a sub in the rear (sub-box instructions are in the audio forum).

Bav auto sound has replacement speakers if you just want to leave the stock amp in there. They also have instal instructions...
