Hey guys, was at the auction yesterday and Saw a sweet 2005 4.8is Blk on Blk loaded, no paint work clean carfax 1 owner 143,000

miles unbelievable.. Black book said $9800 car brought big money 16,975. Just letting u guys know..

Ok so what is that in pound notes? I recon about £8500 which isnt bad for a well looked after serviced 4.8is in good nick regardles of the milage.

Yea 143,000 miles!!! it was at Manhiem auction in Indianapolis... Its now up for sale on a dealers site for 20500 ove.com. Crazy stuff. the guy will never get that.

I saw a 03 4.6is recently at the dealer that I bought my E38 from - had over 100K miles and they were asking $22K for it, something like that. KBB pegs it at $17K. So maybe not all that crazy, tho 143K is getting up there.
