N62 Bottom Half DipStick bottom bolt location questions.......

Im doing a few other things right now so the car is inoperable and its also in a cramped location where I cant jack it up at this moment....anyways Im trying to figure out the location of the bottom bolt to remove that U shape clip and cant seem to find it anywhere on the bottom. do I need to remove the steel plate or is there a way I can get to it without doing that? As stated the X5 is not in an area I can jack it up at this moment so getting far back there is an issue.

Any help would be great. Thanks in advance!

It looks like it might be a nut on the topside of that piece. Maybe there is just a stud and that is why you cannot find a bolt. This is just my best guess.

Thanks for the post. Yea I was basing it off that and Im needing to remove the hex nut 22 that removes that U-Shape Yoke (I believe is what its called). I just was reaching around underneath with the plastic front underpanel removed but cant seem to find that dipstick location so that's why Im wondering if its underneath the metal plate? Or if this is something I can access through the wheel well maybe?
