Would like to order these, but don't feel 100% comfortable

So I need to get new tires anyways, so I figure why spend money on tires for the stockers when I'm going to upgrade anyway. So I found these, and don't mind the look, something better, and their 20''. However, I've been hearing some not-so-comforting stuff about eurotech, however this isn't exactly from eurotech. Think its a good move to make? Probably will order tonight
