My 4.4 won't stay running...

Seems to start up fine. The the RPMs drop to almost 0 and the starter engages over and over until I shut it off.

The car has set for awhile and the battery was almost dead. I've had it on the charger for hours. I know my battery is several years old. Could that be it?

Thanks! The mechanic said he found a mouse nest and had to replace the fuel level sensor when the car was in for an unrelated issue.

I guess there are more in there...ahhh!

What exactly do I need to look for? Should I just go ahead and replace it?
