Selling my X for a newer one but....

Hey guys,

My X has a few issues that I dont wanna deal with. So I'm tradeing it in on a 2004 X5 with 41K miles. In the colors that I wanted too. (darker grey then I have with grey interior)

Any way the main reason I got the X that I have now is because of the "is" wheels. Can I swap the "is" 20's that are on my current 2002 X5 4.4 onto a 2004 X5 4.4?
