Bluetooth - Where does it connect into the Audio wiring?
Hi All,
Trying to find diagrams, but cant find the right one. I am retro fitting a NAV unit into my '05. I have existing Bluetooth (with pairing button, no assist) working 100% with the Business CD/Radio. When I bought the NAV stuff, it came with a complete wiring harness (instead of a retrofit). The only problem I have is how/where the Bluetooth connects into the harness. Can anyone help/confirm how the bluetooth connects into the wiring harness. Thanks, Rob |

Worked it out..
The large black plug that supplies power to the NAV Unit/Radio/Screen has the necessary connections.. It just plugs in near where the NAV unit cage sits. |

I got the kit from a guy in UK for about 800 pounds. he was selling everything but included a new wiring loom, rather than a retrofit cable. Now people say the retrofit cable is better, but at the moment, I see it doesnt matter, specially as I dont have DSP, there are less wires to connect at the head. if you have DSP, then the retrofit cable (which BMAParts have for about US$495).
