Selling my X

I have a 2002 Sport, Gray Green Metallic over Beige, 4.4 with 93,5xxx on the odo for sale. Car is loaded except for bluetooth. I am second owner and have all records since the car was new. Radiator and exp tank have been done, suspension has been redone, window regulators have been replaced, all belts changed a few 1000 miles ago. Overall the truck is in very good condition. Seat bolster shows some wear and there are a few rock chips and some curb rash on wheels, but nothing too bad. What is a fair price? I was thinking around $15,500? I've seen some newer E53 at dealers with about the same miles for $17k-$19K and I've seen some 01-03's with more miles for around $14-$16, so I was thinking somewhere in the middle would be about right...any comments would be appreciated. TIA
