Just paint your existing trim with a metallic black spray paint! I have seen a couple of guys do this on their 5 series and you can't tell the difference. Save yourself about $700! Or if you're worried about your own trim, buy someone elses cheap trim and paint it. I thought I saw someone selling their light poplar wood for $300 or so...Check the classified forum...

I have the piano black trim on mine in perfect condition, I've been considering doing the titanium silver maybe we could work something out.

Hello Humblex5,

I am very interested. Do you have pictures of your trim ? and how much would you be looking for it?

Can you please tell me of which year and model X5 it is?

Thanks...

Ghani

I think that piano trim is much 'darker' looking that the metallic black one you can order. So I suggest also to look for some cheap set and let a good bodyshop paint them in real piano finish!
Will look great!
