Oil Pan Gasket Replaced, OCD won!

So, I finally gave up and since I am on vacation for a month I decided to change my oil pan gasket. My OCD was killing me . I wasn't losing a lot of oil, just a drop now and then, but I was tired seeing the bottom of the X5 dirty with oil. I followed the list below. It was not that hard of a DIY, but you have to take your time with it. It took me two days, but that is because I fixed some other little stuff and cleaned every parts before I put them back on. I did have to buy an engine lift at Harbor Freight, so if anyone want to barrow it, let me know. I just finished putting everything together and went for a ride. I am letting it seat overnight and will check to make sure it is not leaking. I also replaced the oil filter housing seal, just in case. You can reuse almost everything, but I would recommend you replaced some of the seals, (ie, differential/output shaft, both side) and some of the nuts. I did not take any pictures, but I can answer any questions on any of the procedures.

1. Drain the engine oil.
2. Remove / disconnect the following:
•Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor and boot
3. Attach an engine lift and hoist to engine.
4. Remove top left and right nuts on engine mounts
5. Raise the engine about 0.15 inch (5mm).
6. Remove and disconnect the following:
•Front splash guard
•Reinforcement plate
•Left and right swivel bearings(only the two main bolds to the spring strut)
•Output shafts
•Propeller shaft at front
•Alternator drive belt from belt pulley for vane pump
•Power steering pump and move aside with the lines still connected
•Return hose from oil separator
•Dipstick tube
•Steering spindle from steering gear tie rods
7. Temporarily reinstall the left and right swivel bearings and connect with a bolt to the spring strut.
8. Support the entire front axle assembly.

NOTE: The steering gear will remain bolted to the front axle support. Return hose must not be over-stretched when front axle is lowered.

1. Detach front axle support from engine carrier and lower about 3-4 inches (90-100mm).
2. Remove the front axle differential.
3. Release the screws on the oil pan.
4. Move the pan backward when removing.
