E53 Rear window heater and photochromic mirror replacement

Hi, would anyone be able to advise me on the rear heater of my X5 please. The driver's mirror is working, passenger door mirror is not working and the rear windonw heater is not working. I assume that the passenger door mirror is not functioning therefore this may be affecting the rear screen - could this be the case(?) - if it is on the same circuit.

I do need to replace the passenger mirror and it is a photochromic glass which looks as though it has leaked and now looks awful. Any ideas where I could get the mirror replaced and also a solution to the rear screen heater.

Any help would be appreciated.

My car has done 157,000 miles. I have in the last 18months had the following work done:
  1. Rear brake discs
  2. Turbo
  3. Fuel injectors
  4. Rear bushes
  5. Gearbox recon
  6. Laser alignment of camber and wheel
Drives like a dream.
