Tranny?

Hello,

I have this weird problem. happened to me second time today. The first time after few days it got normal by itself after a night rest. No error messages however. It happens when I really push it from the stop and keep going. never happened when pushed from 2nd gear. After this, on a full stop, when Transmission is in the 1st gear, even on low gas it doesn't switch it to 2nd, Instead it feels like it puts it to Neutral. when on Manual, I does switch to 2nd gear, but with a slight Kick. I can definitely say that i Kicks also when coming to stop and It goes down from 1st gear to 2nd. after that it drives normal all the way.
Any help would be appreciated. I think it's Tranny only because I just corrected the timings on the Engine and I'ts fresh. no lights on. No errors on transmission either. Thanks.

Weasel will become famous soon enough
Kinda sounds like the fluid level might be low... May be worth checking/topping off the fluid, maybe a spill and fill on the pan.

I went to dealership, Told them to give me Tranny oil. They said I don't have ATF in it, I have some special oil. payed 50$ for a quart. tryed to refill but bam, It's full. I did it on running engine. then it stopped somehow and few days eariler it happened again. Engine Revvs up when switching from 1st to 2nd gear. and I get a slight kick when stopped and putting from 2nd to 1st. other then that It's normal. If i drive with Manual mode, and Don't use 1st gear at all I get no error messages whatsoever. Indy that fixes Bmw auto transmissions told me that It's Pressure Regulator. Should I believe him? The weird thing is that OBD somehow shows that It can't see first gear... also in the morning Parking gear doesn't show up. Have to crank it up at neutral.

Any help Guys? Other then that I did alot on X and it's in great condition. for MAF sensor except. I got that ordered.
