Are all General Body Module the same

I'm shopping for a used General Body Module to fix some erratic behavior with the rear power windows and wiper movements.

I have a 05 3.0 and found one out of a 05 4.4, does anyone know if they are the same or if they differ depending on options?

if they have the same coding index, they are physically the same. the only difference is the coding, which can be performed at most independent shops.
