Remplace Fuel Filter
what kind of tool is needed to remove these brackets and put the new filter. Tk. Attch Pictures

i would think pushing the tabs with a small screw driver should let them loose.

There is a horseshoe clip that needs to be pulled back. It is easier to see when it is off. Be careful not to break it, that is what often happens.
