There is a solenoid on the drivers side head, front of the engine block. One pipe comes out of the side, and one pipe comes out of the bottom. The electrical connector is on top. This may be the solenoid. When I get P0443, I clean this solenoid and the problem goes away for a year or so. Your code indicates that the coil is open in the solenoid, so check for loose connections and/or remove the solenoid and check for continuity with an Ohm meter. You can manually trigger the solenoid with 12 volts to see if it moves internally.
