Silicone hoses for OSV?
I've been reading about the OSV issues here on the site. I saw where several posters mentioned the idea but never read if anyone did indeed replace their oil separator valve hoses with silicone hoses. Mine have turned to putty/play dough just like everybody else, so I'm looking for an alternative to using rubber hoses again. Also, did BMW release an electrically heated OSV, never found a clear answer for that one, even after googling it?

Thanks! That's some pretty hi tech looking hoses, don't know if they will work since they all seem to have threaded ends.

maybe they could manufacture something for the X5
