Phone only VR Module?

Does the 05 come with the phone only VR module when you have the Assist/Bluetooth module or is it an add on? I have heard conflicting stories about this.

Also, if I need to add it.. does anyone know how much the little sucker is?

My X5 was built May 2005. I have the Premium Pkg, with Bluetooth and Assist. It has the phone VR built in. Sort of fun. I documented my experience discovering that I had it, right here.
