How to remove the interior trim on the E53?

I'm planning on wrapping my interior trim with some Carbon Fiber vinyl as one of my winter projects. Are there are guide on how to remove all the interior pieces on the E53?

Get some type of trim removal tool (preferably plastic) and start prying way at the door trim. Just start from the back of the door and work your way forward; you will feel each tab pop out of its holder.
