Hi guys,

I'm looking to buy the above vehicle. It has low miles (just under 60k).

I've been researching the vehicle and seem to have found a few issues and wanted your opinion.

Gear changes all seem good with no lurching, jumping etc. car has a full history.

Few problems noted are as follows.
Cd player (changer) not being recognised by head unit.
Sat nav not locating position
Rear door lock intermittent in working with central locking.
When the background colour of the sat nav menu screen is changed it reverts back to orignal after restart.
Wing mirror does not always revert back to normal position after reversing.
Intermittent wiper setting seems to randomly change from intermittent to on.

Is there anything listed above that sounds familiar and expensive?

Am I correct in saying that the main areas of problems is the air suspension and gearboxes and that poor maintenance is the main problems affecting these cars.

Any other general thoughts on these vehicles will be appreciated including other areas to check.

If I buy, I would like to change the gearbox oil, is this a DIY job ( I'm happy to work on my own cars) or a dealer/Indy. Are there other oils to change aside from the engine.

Any recommendtions on oil types in particular the gearbox.
