hooking up sirius to my 02 x5

Anyone know how to hook up sirius radio in my 02 x5with nav. without having wires all over the place? can i upgrade my radio to one that has sirius in it?

interested as well. would like some sat radio integrated into the factory somehow...would be nice, hate the look of the aftermarket sat radio display
