Lear DSP amp went out so I replaced it with a lowe

And it worked! Remember all the posts here saying you have to replace Lear with Lear? Lowe with lowe? Etc? Not true. Plug and play. No recoding by dealer needed either. I hope this helps someone out.

Hello Fat_X5,,

Did you replace it with a new Lowe unit or one off of E-bay? Did the replacment Lowe come out of a X5?
How did you know it was the Amp that went bad and not the radio?
