Anyone know where to get a 4.4i Alternator?

Anyone know where to get a 4.4i Alternator?

Ok, I have had the worst luck with this dang thing. Short story- 150 amp water cooled Alternator for the 4.4i 2001. Where and How much I am Trying to stay under/around 250. I know that some places are asking 500 but im sorry I dont have that kind of cash right now. I just spent 200 in the water pump, thermostat , and all necessary parts thinking that was the problem when in actuality it was the Alternator

Why does BMW have to have a water-cooled Alternator for a freaking SAV? It makes no sense.
